Terms and Conditions - Dine at Home Boxes and Pie Shop

By ordering from Old School House Dinners you agree to the following terms:

No order is confirmed until payment has been made and accepted. We cannot hold an order if an attempt to make payment has been declined. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason we deem fit. If your order is cancelled through a fault of Old School House Dinners we will ensure a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Please ensure the delivery and order details provided are correct upon placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct details. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect information. If you notice that you have made a mistake with your order please contact us ASAP with correct details and we will amend this for you. We are unable to accept any order changes within 2 working days prior to delivery.

Old School House Dinners is not liable to provide any replacements, discounts or compensation for customer or third party errors. However a goodwill gesture may be provided at our discretion. 

On delivery please ensure someone is home to receive your order as our dine at home menus may include raw ingredients that may become unsafe to use if left in the sunshine or unrefrigerated for a period. You can designate a safe place to leave deliveries but be aware that this is at your own risk.

All imagery, text, logo’s, photography and content of this website is the property of Old School House Dinners and is not to be used without prior written consent from us.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order you must email us at Info@oldschoolhousedinners.co.uk

or call us on 07942 239618 no less than 2 working days before your delivery date in order to receive a full refund. You must include your full name, your full address and full details of your order. If you do not provide this information we cannot accept your cancellation. Please note we cannot accept any cancellations received through social media messages. All of our menus are made to order and perishable and therefore cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless they are of an unsatisfactory quality or if you have received the wrong item.

On delivery please check that you are happy with your order. If you are unhappy with what you have received you must let us know within 24 hours in order to be considered for a refund. Contact details as outlined above

We aim to reimburse all customers from either cancellations or refunds on the same day that notification is received. Please be aware it often takes 3-5 working days for your refund to arrive. If it has not arrived in this time please let us know and we will follow up with our payment provider.
